Yes. TherapyPlace is built as a HIPAA-compliant platform with encryption, audit logs, and role-based access controls.
Can I import records from another EHR?
Yes, our onboarding team helps migrate client records, notes, and billing history from most major systems.
Does TherapyPlace support group therapy?
Yes, group session scheduling and group progress notes are supported alongside individual sessions.
What note formats are supported?
SOAP, DAP, and BIRP formats are built in, along with intake notes, treatment plans, psychotherapy notes, and psychological evaluations.
Is e-prescribing available on every plan?
E-prescribing is available on Clinic & Enterprise plans and as an add-on for Group Practice plans.
Can clients book their own appointments?
Yes, through TherapyPlace Portal, within the availability windows each clinician sets.
